Mrs. Hina oversees the entire direction of Hina Environmental Solutions. Her administrative duties include: managing the accountiong practices with her focus being primarily on budgeting and forecasting, working in conjunction with our outside accountant and reinforcing our relationship with our financial institution; managing Human Resources with her focus being on hiring, reviews, in-house and outside training programs, 410K administrator and health insurance administrator; oversees Compliance with state and federal agencies; provides suggestions and solutions for operations department to increase efficiency while maintaining safety and quality. Susan works diligently to creat vision and ensure that our company works towards and exceeds our goals.
