Mr. Shiets has over eleven years of asbestos, lead, and mold abatement experience. He is responsible for project management of all Asbestos, Lead-Based Paint and bio-remediation (mold) projects. Mr. Shiets has the ability to handle complex situations in a calm rational manner with detailed organization and determination that has made all his projects a success. Here are just some of the projects that Jay has successfully completed: Mid Ohio Regional Planning Commission, City of Columbus, Ross County, City of Jackson, Meigs County, Holmes County Coshocton County, City of Dover, Greene County, Pike County and City of Marysville. Jay has also been working on bidding asbestos lead and mold project and well as Lead Paint testing with our XRF.
